NTX Creative Anti-Racism in Education Symposium

The North Texas Creative Anti-Racism in Education Symposium (NTX CARE Symposium) will serve as a gathering of like-minded college student leaders seeking to affect racial justice initiatives on their campus using art, technology, and/or media. Different student groups and innovators will receive a specified amount of time to present excerpts and outcomes of their respective projects. Throughout the day, there will be speakers talking about their antiracist praxis through nonprofit, mutual aid, academic, and other types of organizing. Finally, there will be space for deliberation about our collective vision of liberation. Students and facilitators will use the space to debate and compare notes on innovative activism methods that are steeped in our generational context.
