Racial Justice Community of Practice: Session Two

Dallas TRHT’s Racial Justice Community of Practice (RJCOP). RJCOP is an opportunity for community members and partners to convene and to continue to learn about racial equity, racial justice, and racial healing. These practices will invite everyone to learn more about each other’s work, to collaborate, to work in solidarity, and even provide clarity in racial equity, racial healing, and racial justice work. These efforts will allow all of us to creatively produce equitable policies and practices in our city and organizations as we all work to create a radically inclusive Dallas. Dallas TRHT will pilot the RJCOP in Dallas in 2024, with plans to expand to Fort Worth in 2025!
The second session will take place on May 7th, 2024!
There will be 4 RJCOP sessions in 2024:
Tuesday, March 5: Introduction to The Racial Justice Community of Practice
Tuesday, May 7: Digging into Narrative Change: Language Matters for Racial Equity
Tuesday, August 6: Embracing Racial Healing: Building Strong Relationship
Tuesday, November 5: Transforming Your Communities: Equitable Policies and Just Practices
The sessions will be at the Dallas TRHT office from 9 am-12noon
